Fees
Registration & Deposit
At Rama’s Daycare, we strive to make the application process as smooth as possible.
- A £100 non-refundable registration fee is required when securing a place.
- If our daycare is fully booked, parents can join our waiting list for free.
- Once a place becomes available, the registration fee must be paid to confirm the place.
Pricing
- £10 per hour
- Minimum session duration: 5 hours
What’s Included?
- Our fees cover:
✔️ Nutritious meals and snacks
✔️ Standard and extracurricular activities
✔️ Fresh milk for children over 1 year old
Payment Terms
- Fees are calculated using the formula: (Daily rate × Number of days per week × 52 weeks) ÷ 12 months
- Payment must be made in advance by the last working day of the month for the upcoming month.
- Charges are based on the number of weekly contracted sessions.
- Late Collection Fee: £1 per minute for late pick-ups.
- Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit for ease and security.
Discounts
We offer a 10% sibling discount (applied to the oldest child’s fees).
Sessions
We provide flexible session options to accommodate busy schedules:
- Sessions start every hour from 08:00 to 13:00.
- Parents can choose a start time that best suits their needs.
- Each session must last at least 5 hours.
Attendance Policy
- Children must attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
- No refunds are offered for absences due to sickness or holidays.
- Fees remain payable for sessions that fall on:
- Bank holidays
- Early closures on Christmas Eve
- Inset days (specific to Bromley Borough Nurseries)
- Unforeseen closures beyond our control
- We do not offer term-time-only placements.
Funding
- We offer a limited number of fully funded places.
- Other funded places are available, subject to a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
- An Additional Service Charge applies for funded hours. This charge is voluntary for fully funded places.
Termination Policy
- A one-month written notice is required for termination of childcare services.
- Fees remain payable during the notice period, whether or not the child attends.
- If immediate termination is required, fees for the notice period must still be paid.
